About Rammed Earth Enterprises
We are a small Central Victorian sustainable construction company, based in Castlemaine. Working throughout the state, we specialise in residential and commercial construction of sustainable and architecturally unique rammed earth walls.

About the Rammed Earth Labourer Role
This is a full time rammed earth labouring role. You will be part of our small team constructing rammed earth walls, using machinery and completing general builders labouring tasks.

- Versatility of being able to work at a variety of locations, undertaking a range of tasks from hands-on construction to machinery operation and equipment maintenance.
About You
Along with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and previous labouring experience, you’ll have the ability to:
- Perform heavy physical labour
- Work cohesively as part of a team
- Work away from home during the week when jobs are out of our daily travel area
It is desirable (but not essential) if you also have the following:
- Machinery experience in an excavator, skid steer or similar machinery
- A MR or HR truck licence
